What to include

• A question about your account or a reading: the e-mail address you signed up with. Never send your password.
• A payment or a refund: the e-mail address of your account and the date of the payment. The refund policy explains what we can do.
• Your data: you can download or delete everything yourself from your account page; write to us if anything there does not work. The privacy policy explains what we keep.

Someone else's details

If someone saved your birth details in their account and you would like them removed, ask them to delete you from their people — or write to us and we will help.

Urgent help

AstralMandala cannot help in an emergency. If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line straight away.
